The Pismo Coast Village Board has 18 Directors who are elected every January at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
All Board members are Shareholders; any Shareholder who has owned at least one share for two years can apply to serve on the Board. The Board has significant responsibilities and its Directors bring specific skills and experience to the running of a corporation.
Each year following the Pismo Coast Village Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors hold their Reorganizational meeting where directors are elected as officers of the Board.
The Nominating Committee is tasked with reviewing candidate applications and interviewing candidates. If you are interested in serving on the Board and would like to submit an application, please contact Carol Lyon in the Corporate Office firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Board and its Committees meet every other month on the third Saturday of the month, except November, when the meeting takes place on the second Saturday. Meetings are held in the PCV Clubhouse and the meeting minutes are posted on the PCV website.
